Bouncing back from a loss-draw streak is Bayern Munich and its thrashing of Wolfsburg on Sunday (Manila time) with an impressive scoreline of 0-6 (Alaba, two from Lewandowski, Robben, Mueller and Kimmich).

For Asian fans like the Mia San Manila family, waking up to a 2-3 scoreline in favor of Borussia Dortmund leaves a bitter taste in the mouth for the rest of the day that no tapsilog and hot coffee can ever shut. Losing to the boys from North Rhine-Westphalia means that Bayern is only gunning for one silverware come June which is the Bundesliga. As of this writing, the Bavarians are eight points clear at the top of the table followed by Liepzig, Dortmund and Hoffenheim respectively.

For the past three years, we are pretty much used to staggering possession ball game played by our lads so seeing the number at 45% and have won with a clear deficit of nil to two, this must be a breath of fresh air that we are familiar with — just like the air of childhood from a place where nostalgia thrives.
